Continental United States
Orders ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on all orders over $200.

Canada
Orders ship via various carriers (UPS, USPS, Canada Post, etc.) and typically arrive within 10-14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

United Kingdom
Orders ship via various carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) and typically arrive within 15 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery.

International & Non-Continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories)
We ship to additional regions outside of the above. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Shipping Responsibility

Cordwood Covers is not responsible for orders once packages have been delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, undelivered packages, or errors made by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
