Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
European Union customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. The standard return eligibility conditions below still apply.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all components included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@cordwoodcovers.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Returns (Canada, UK & International Markets):
Customers outside the continental United States are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or fees incurred during the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Cordwood Covers is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge provided the request is made before the order has shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@cordwoodcovers.com with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to go through the standard return process upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@cordwoodcovers.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@cordwoodcovers.com.
